Tilon Composites Limited was established in May 2008 and specialises in the manufacture of products from polymer composite materials. From its factory base in Ebbw Vale, South Wales, the company operates a manufacturing process which utilizes recycled polymer materials primarily from automotive sources and combines this material with reinforcing fibres to create semi-technical composite materials.
Tilon Composites materials exhibit excellent performance characteristics such as high strength and resistance to environmental degradation in combination with a low relatively materials cost base, the material is extruded into various profiles utilized in a range of applications and markets.
Tilon Composites products are manufactured using the latest technologies for recycled materials.
We use locally sourced recycled plastic making our materials highly sought after for their eco credentials.
Many public and private sector specifiers are now actively sourcing UK made recycled products with a great return for a Whole Life Cost.

We have in-house testing machines which we use for stress and tensile testing of our products.
Also work with Smart at Swansea University in their building materials testing facility
